    Hello all. I'm Mac.

I'm 24 y/o from outside Chicago. I build and race rotary race cars. I work in IT. Over the winter I picked up an 83 Maxim 750. It's the first bike I have owned, though I'm not green to riding. Been riding friends bikes since I was 16. I used to have a friend that bought and fixed downed bikes so I got to ride what he had in his garage. This one has a couple of issues I'd like to get solved before spring rolls around so I'll probably be digging around the tech section a lot.

Nice looking Maxim. What's that in the background, a Kawi?

Chicago here as well. And God, I WISH it was 21F some days! I guess it's a character builder..

I picked up an 82 Seca last summer, enjoying a couple months of good weather. First bike for me. This year will be my first autocrossing with the mustang.

This site's been fantastic to me for the few months I've been here. Great people, great info. Welcome.
