Hey everyone. It's been awhile. I synced, color tuned, and synced the carbs, but when I was using the color tune one cylinder wasn't showing color all the time. It was like it was missing sometimes. The bike seems to be running ok. Could the colder temps be causing an issue with the color tune, or do I have other issues? It was 12 degrees in Winnipeg over the weekend when I was working on the bike.

Check the plug cap has a good connection to the lead and look with colour tune again assuming it's not mixture screw on that cylinders carburettor. If it were colder temperatures wouldn't the other cylinders be affected?

Checked the connection, and it was tight. Took the bike out for a good run and checked the plugs. All nice brown. Could I be have compression issues even with good plug color?

It's worth checking. When did you check valve clearances?

Valves done last year. I wouldn't think they would be out of wack that soon. I'll do a compression test tonight.
