New Owner: Need an airbox for an 85 Maxim X 700

    Title pretty much says it all.
    Which other years have the same airbox? Previous owner put those individual air filters on and threw out the original air filter housing. LOcated in PA.

    1982 1983 Yamaha Maxim Xj750 Oem Air Box Air Filter Intake Lid

    There is one on ebay at the moment, looks identical

    Thanks for the reply, I think that one is mislabeled. It should be symmetrical instead of having the back piece off set

    Yes, I believe you are correct @Andrew Pickles. In addition, the chrome side pieces don't look 85/86 maxim either.

    It is mislabeled.. that is for an xj650 Maxim.
