    Need help can i take out the wires in my ignition coil. And how to replace or fix this

    They are sealed into the coil. I have heard that with some delicate surgery they can be removed but sounded to me like quite a process. Chacal (xj4ever, top right corner of page) sells the wire, also some splices to add a length of new wire to the existing coils. Otherwise you can replace the coils themselves with stock replacements, or aftermarket which some of them the wires are removable. Just be sure to keep the overall resistance the same in the circuit.

    Honda CB 750 coils are a direct replacement and have replaceable plug wires. You can still buy these new Cycle Recycle part 2 had the coils and wires the coils are like 39 each much cheaper than Dyna coils. I have ran these for 2 years now with no issues.

    My original coils were cracked and I tried to remove wires with a rotary file in my dremel tool....what a mess ended up ruining one side , but got the other out...I had these Honda coils in a box of motocycle parts I had from other bikes....figured why not and as they say the rest is history put them on and that was 2 years ago ...
