Carburetor help

    I have found the hard way emulsion tubes have a big effect on both the efficiency and stability be it at cruise or under full-go. These have a number of very small holes to mix a very precise amount of air with the fuel before it gets yanked up and past the metering needle. Keep in mind that with say a 750cc engine each cylinder gulp is but a fraction of a drop of fuel and there's very little room for error, the emulsion tube holes must be absolutely clean not only for the volume of air that gets mixed but also how well that air gets mixed in.

    I made it to the Memorial Run, and the bike handled PERFECTLY all day long.

    ...except for when I lost a bolt from my license plate. :eek::D Luckily I carry zip ties.
