I’ve finally got this machine up and running, but I’m having an issue with the carbs dumping fuel. I had them off and did a bench set, and I even hooked up a fuel line to them and let the fuel run through them, but they didn’t lose any fuel while off the bike. As soon as I put them back in, fuel starts pouring out from between carbs 2&3.
I made sure the gaskets were seated right when I put them back together and made sure the leak wasn’t coming from one of the hoses. I can’t see where the leak is coming from while they are on the bike and it doesn’t leak when I have them off.
Anyone have an idea what’s going on? Or how I can figure out where the leak is coming from?

    2 or 3...
Seriously though. I would look at temporarily plugging one of those carbs to eliminate it, and go from there.

I was just told to clean the outsides really well and use spray powder on the outsides to see where it’s coming from. I’ll give an update after

it was carb 3 that was leaking. It was coming from the float between the float bowl and the gasket. I have them on my work bench currently, with fuel running into them. When they are just sitting there, no leaking at all, but once I tilted them a bit I found the leak. So just decided to adjust the float height a bit, put the float bowl back on and tilted them back and forth, NO LEAK!!! Hoping this does the trick, about to put them back on the bike and see if they leak again *fingers crossed *
