    Hello!

So i bought a seca Turbo and have been working on it for a couple years,
Sadly i cant for the life of me find the proper intake boots.
    They are pn 16G-13586-00
    And pn 16G-13596-00
I need 4 and they are the only thing holding up the seca from being on the road. Why has no one reproduced these? It seems like it would make alot of turbos road worthy again. Anybody have any ideas? Im tired of it sitting around. Any help would be great
    Regards, Justin

Have you checked with Len at XJ4EVER.com? The logo in the upper right corner of this page. He has almost anything and everything for our XJ's including the Turbos. It takes a bit of searching to find what you want on his site but I bet it is there. @chacal...can you help this fellow? Good Luck and thanks for saving another Turbo.

I did Search a bit but didnt find much on parts for the intake woes im having. There was a thing about converting it to gasket style, but i dont want to risk a blow out.

HCP537RH OEM rubber BARE INTAKE MANIFOLD, used on either of the two right cylinders (#3 and #4). Bare manifold only…..does not include any accessory items (gaskets, bolts, etc.). Fits all 1982-83 XJ650 Turbo) models. Each:
    $ 489.95
This should get you started. The best bet would be to "start a conversation" with @chacal and let him know what you need, want. He has forgot more about XJ's in specific and most Yamahas than the rest of us will ever know. And the best fellow to business with you will find anywhere. His stuff isn't cheap but worth every penny.

No one apart from a James Bond enthusiast will spend that amount for a single intake manifold surely.
I love the 650 turbo but damned if it's not heading for landfill with that sort of pricing.

That's the kind of pricing (allowing for inflation) that thirty years ago had me converting my GSs to single carbs.

Those prices are insanely high. It will be YEARS before i get it finished at this rate.
I will have to keep looking around. Maybe someone has some OEM parts they will sell for non retire off of it prices...

actually contact @chacal and see what he can do for you before you discount him. I put that up as an example.

    UPDATE!
I have found a fellow in the US who is going to try to reproduce them
    His website is replicamotorcycleparts.com
I am sending my set of 4 junky ones down to be used for R&D!
    Exciting!

You could probably make the rubbers from the standard YICS 650/750 work.
The Turbo has extra sealing O-rings but a good sealant + gasket might work.

I'm assuming the 32mm Hitachi and 30mm Turbo Mikuni have close-enough OD to fit.
