Do you have a bike with a cracked and dry rotted intake boot? I can reproduce them in aluminum and silicone that will last many more miles. Properly sealing intakes will vastly help your tuning process!

I have previously made a small run of intakes for the 1985 Honda XR350 because a friend needed one for his project bike and couldn't find one, so I figured I would reach out and see if anyone else is having this issue with other motorcycles or dirtbikes. Shoot me a message if I can help you out. I will supply all the necessary hardware to get you back out on two wheels!

interesting proposal. Some questions, are you going to be able to make them with the nipples for sync'ing the carbs, and of course, how much? Also, there are 2 different flavors. 1 for the non-YICS engines and another where 2 of the isolators are slightly different for the YICS engines.

I can definitely add nipples to make carb syncing easier, and I can reproduce both styles for non-YICS and YICS, I would just need some old beat up ones to make my model off of.

If anyone on here would like to ship me one of each, I will cover shipping back and forth and provide a heavily discounted set of insulators for their assistance.

Price hasn't been determined yet, it depends on how difficult they are to produce, but the XR350 one is $225 shipped with all the needed hardware only due to the angle required. My goal is to be able to make a whole set of 4 for around $250 ish with these intakes being more straightforward
