What is CNYCC#19?

 

@Zoot_Suit, That would be the Central New York Carburetor Clinic #19 held at @hogfiddles place near Utica, New York. A mostly annual gathering of XJ enthusiasts from a fair portion of the northeast US. Generally a thunderstorm blows through (but not always) during a day of tuning, tweaking and modifying various XJ's. Always lots of fun (even with the thunderstorms) with a nice ride after the bikes are reassembled. The snowy photo above is Hogfiddles yard where the event happens.

 

Oh, that sounds awesome! I can't say for now, but I'll see if I can make it.

 

You can do a forum search for CNYCC and you can read back through many of them to get a pretty good idea jf what we do.

 

Carmine, I was going to ask how you got a picture of all those bikes but, then I looked closer.

 

Yeah, just some quick Photoshop. But yes, the two are both mine. I brought both in 2018!

 

I recognize them!

 

That's a 6 hour drive from me, and I don't think I'll have the bike ready by then, so maybe next year! Would be really exciting

 

I trailer my 700 to this event every year as I’m about 6 hours away as well. Worth it… there’s value in being with other XJers for the day.
