Vance & Hines 4 into 1 repacking

Is there anyone familiar with the Vance & Hines 4 into 1 aftermarket exhaust for the 750 Seca? Can they be repacked?

One of my biggest complaints on my 750 is that exhaust. A bit too loud for my taste. I am hoping maybe some fresh packing might quiet it down a little. I see one bolt that looks like it might hold an end cap in place, but I hate to crack it loose and risk breaking something (it's likely stuck) only to find out its non-serviceable.

 

Send a pic of the muffler. I have transac mufflers and they may be similar.
The transac baffle is held in place with a rivet nearer the base and the end cap likewise a few rivets at the end.
Either way I would drill em out and repack with fibreglass bats, I guess, and stick more rivets in.
When I got them I had to drill the rivets as I didn't tell the chap I needed an angled end cap so he sent them afterwards. Hmm long story but you get the gist of what I'm getting at.

 

Should probably just try to pop that bolt out and see what it happens. Looking at it close-up in the pic it doesn't look too rusted in place.

 

Can you squirt some penetrant in one of the back holes..... let sit for a day... spritz again and loosen the bolt????

 

Maybe a few cycles of heat/penetrant before you try to crank on it
