Does anyone know oil level height for the XJ750 Seca anti-dive forks? Most sources including Len's pages say 309cc in volume, but the 750 Seca doesn't have a height setting listed for mm from the top anywhere that I can find.

I prefer the height method of checking because I can just set the tool, overfill a little, the suck out the excess. It's easier than trying to measure out exactly 309cc of fluid.

In case anyone else is looking, I measured after doing a complete rebuild on my forks and anti-dives. Started completely dry, springs out, forks compressed, added 309cc of fork oil (or at least as close as I could measure) and pumped several times until it stopped gurgling.

I came up with 223mm from the top of the tube, give or take a mm. I don't have a super accurate means of measuring out 309cc (it's an oddly precise figure), so don't take this as gospel. But it should get you in the ballpark for topping off when the forks weren't completely dry to start with.
