Here's a question, Will bar-end mirror intended for bicycle use work on a motorcycle?

    something like this: http://tinyurl.com/2und92

    Thanks!

I may have found the answer (talking to a friend of mine): They'll probably work, but there will be much more vibration. Bicycle bar-ends are generally make of plastic.

If anyone has any other insight...

Those are pretty slick... I actually went ahead and ordered a set of these:

I think these will look better on the Seca than the rounded one. Seems to me that they carry the style of the tank and rear a bit better.

I know the ones I had on my mountain bike would never work on a motorcycle. They are pretty standard for bicycles, plastic with a flexible neck for adjustment. I used to use my bike for road riding and I used to get going fast enough that the mirrors would flap slgihtly in the breeze(And forget about off-road riding). I think that they would probably would fly apart going down the highway on a motorcycle. Probably a good choice going with those you got that were actually made for a motorcycle.

sorry not cateye, 3rd eye.... some kind of eye
very clear since there is no stem to amplify the vibrations
you have to be able to see the ends of the grips though, some bars put your wrists or forearm in the way

After taking another look, I don't think I'd be able to see mirrors that didn't come up a bit (clubman bars). If the ones I got don't work out, or if I go back to the stock bars, I'll definitely give those a try!

    Thanks!
