    I did a plug chop and I need to richen up the jetting on my 1981 XJ650. I am running 118 mains right now (pods and 4 into 1 exhaust). I think I need to get four 120's and four 122's and play around with those to get my lean condition corrected. Do you stock these for the Hitachi carbs? How much and how much to ship to 14859? Thanks!

    ..but of course he does.

    ee) Aftermarket Hitachi MAIN FUEL JETS, sizes as follows, fits all XJ650 (except Turbo), all XJ750, and all XJ700 (exc. "X") models.

    HCP873 #110 MAIN FUEL JET
    HCP874 #112 MAIN FUEL JET
    HCP875 #116 MAIN FUEL JET
    HCP876 #118 MAIN FUEL JET
    HCP877 #120 MAIN FUEL JET
    HCP878 #122 MAIN FUEL JET
    HCP879 #124 MAIN FUEL JET
    HCP880 #126 MAIN FUEL JET
    HCP881 #128 MAIN FUEL JET
    HCP882 #130 MAIN FUEL JET
    HCP883 #132 MAIN FUEL JET
    HCP884 #134 MAIN FUEL JET

    Any size jet from above:

    $ 3.25 each
    or
    $ 11.00 for a set of 4 (mix-and-match different sizes okay)

    NOTE: most stock Hitachi XJ series carbs used either the #110 (650 models) or #120 (750 models) main fuel jets. All the other sizes are for "tuning" or re-jetting purposes when changing intakes or exhaust systems. XJ700 (non-X) models with Hitachi carbs originally used #107 main fuel jets, which are not currently available.

    xx3) Reproduction Hitachi main fuel jet SPACER WASHER, round flat copper washer goes under the head of the main fuel jet. Perfectly replaces missing or bowed originals.

    HCP12 Hitachi carbs main fuel jet spacer washer, each:
    $ 6.00

    HCP12SET4 Hitachi carbs main fuel jet spacer washer, set of 4:
    $ 19.00

    Shipping on orders less than $100 is $5.75, I believe; $6.95 for Priority Mail.

    Hey Willie, my crack sales manager S beat me to it (thanks G!). Shipping on just 4 jets would be as follows:

    Standard mail: $ 3.95
    Priority mail: $ 5.95

    You alos might need to go up in size on the pilot fuel jets from the stock #40 size to a #41:

    HCP885 aftermarket brass #40 PILOT FUEL JET
    HCP886 aftermarket brass #41 PILOT FUEL JET

    Either size jet above, HCP885 or HCP886:
    $ 3.25 each
    or
    $ 11.00 for a set of 4 (mix-and-match #40 or #41 sizes okay)

    Hey Chacal, I figured I catch you on this post to make sure you got my PM with my order. I've sent a couple of PMs to others and haven't gotten a response, so I want to make sure they're going through. Please hit me back when you get the chance. And of course I'm salivating with anticipation over getting my shiny new parts so I can get this bike on the road. Thanks.

    Okay...well, I'd like to get four 120's and four 122's coming priority mail. I can't remember how I paid for the throttle cable. Can you PM me the total and your paypal address?

    I put 118's in when I put the pods on, it already had the four-into-one pipe. It's defiitely running lean, but not sure if I will need to go one or two sizes on the mains.

    I already bumped to a 41 on the pilot. Guess that's all the options there are for pilot sizes.

    Sooooo lemme know and I'll send payment. Thanks!
