According to the weather report (on WCCO) it doesn't sound too good. It's supposed to rain Friday night about an inch and maybe change to snow! Great. I am not real interested in heading down there in the cold and wet early Saturday morning. If it's predicted to be changing to snow, that pretty much means the temp is not going to be the greatest for an early morning stroll down the interstate at 6:30 A.M.
I'll keep an eye on it and post on Friday if the ride is still on or not. If it gets canceled, we can ride next weekend. PD

Well, I guess going by the weather report, it's not going to change in our favor for Saturdays ride.
I am officially canceling the ride and re-scheduling it for next Saturday (May 3rd) and hope for the best.
I just can't get excited about taking off early morning in the rain anymore. PD

It looks like the ride for Saturday is canceled...again. This is really getting old. I rode my bike all week and when it comes to the weekend, the weather turns to crap.
Check back in a couple weeks. Maybe the weather will be more like summer by then. PD

It was cold and windy on Saturday, but, it was a great day for a ride. Especially since I was picking up my new bike. (new for me anyways)

    And yesterday was, well, wonderful.

I put on about 200 miles over the weekend. AND gave a ride to a new friend.

Where do you guys ride? I am in Edina (as my name implies) and I wouldn't mind riding with others.

I like to ride anywhere, but love the curvy roads.

Most of our rides been down along the St. Croix and into Wisconsin. There are some great roads east of Treasure Island Casino and down by Wabasha. Some of the guys I ride with are from down there and know the roads well, so it's always a memorable ride when they're in the lead.
