:D Have been on here doing some research but haven't really posted anything about the (New) bike. It is an '82 Seca Turbo w/ Power Up Kit installed. Since getting her home I have removed the stock air filter box and replaced it with a cone filter directly on the turbo inlet. I disconnected the waste gate and plugged all the lines. She boosts up big time. I also just got my hands on a complete wrecked low mileage Seca 900. I will be transplanting 900 motor into Turbo this winter. In the mean time I am going to get rid of most if not all of the stock fairings and go for the streetfighter look. The suspension will be getting a serious upgrade as well before I start Frakensteining ( I know, its not a word) the motor/turbo combo. When I bought the parts bike it came with a Radian 16 inch front rim that matches perfectly to the 18" Seca rear wheel. I also have dibs on a 1994 FZR600 as well. The front end and some of the plastics will be installed on the Turbo, maybe? Front end for sure. I will post pics of build as it happens. Oh yeah, I will be giving her a good tune and taking her to the local dyno here in Albuquerque just to get a base line on where she stands as far as power right now and as each motor and/or turbo upgrade happens. Just ordered a 4-1 exhaust and a turbo flange that mates to a Hitachi HT 12 turbo. This should give me a quicker boost with the free flowing exhaust and larger turbo. Will see when the time comes. Wish me luck! Pics to follow

Will see what happens with the exhaust/ turbo upgrade. If it all works, which I am pretty positive it will after talking with my dad again. The turbo and exhaust will be up for sale. We did an exhaust/turbo swap on my 1st Seca Turbo back in the day. (1984) I posted what I remember we did on the www.TMIOA.com website about the build. He put it together 23+ yrs ago when I was a wild teenager and didn't really put alot of stock into what he was doing or how he did it. I just wanted it to go fast, which it did. After speaking with him I went back to the drawing board and came up with a pretty clear plan as far as the build goes. The first thing is to tune her up for this altitude. (ALbuquerque, NM) Then I will add dyna coils and race wires. Take her to the dyno and see where she stands. After that, she will get the 900 rear wheel, forks and Radian 16" front wheel and brakes. I haven't gotten the FZR 600 yet, and it may not happen. Still have fingers crossed! The main problem with these bikes, by the way this is my 3rd one, is the suspension and brakes. I plan on modernizing with the late model FZR frontend and brakes, but I may have to settle for the 900 forks pulled up into the triple clamps w/ some progressive springs installed. I am more settled and focused now (40 yrs old) and am looking to build it like I want it. I know I have heard the whole, "Buy another bike that will do what you want." Well this is the bike I want and I want it done my way not like everyone else. You can rest assured once I get the suspension/brakes worked out, the motor swap will be done in short order. I can't wait!
