    Well... Just got pulled over on the bike on the 3rd day of owning it. No motorcycle endorcement, and headphones in both ears.

    I must admit i guess i just casually put both headphones in when i put the helmet on i guess i wasnt thinking.

    However the no MC endorcement. I could have sworn you had 60 days to get your liscence after the bike was registered and you took the class. Maybe thats how it used to be I'm not sure.

    Anyway since driving without a lisence is criminal, i have a court date next month and this is for sure going to suck. I guess I learn my lessons the hard way.

    Any tips?

    Now that is a bitter pill to swallow.

    You could try and bring up the 60 day window, but I think they'll throw it back at you saying you ignorance is now defence :(

    yeau. 38 in a 30, one of my mufflers is rusted out, and i havnt gotten around to rebuilding a new baffle.


    Also. Im in college. And have no money. I have a feeling this is going to amount to something like $500....

    In Ohio riding with no endorcement is like a $270 fine.

    Not usign a helmet when you are supposed to $270

    Not following the rules and guidlines of your MC endorcement $270

    SO you could rack up a hell of a bill here in Ohio quickly on a MC.

    Good thing is with MCs is Cops dont mess with you or pull you over unless you are speeding or being a total nob/tool. Maybe they feel sorry for us? lol
