getting my carbs rejetted and synced

    hey guys i have a 4into1 and a set of pods on my bike, i finally bit the bullet and got my local bike mechanic to order in the jet kit and he's putting it in 2morro and tuning it up for me. the bike wasnt really doin anything above 6000rpm so i cant wait to get it back on thurs and feel all 70hp :D

    well the guy is a little shop in my small town , its goin to cost $250AUD but over here the jet kit itself can cost u up to 240 so its not that bad. and the guy is alrite so i dont mind paying him that much. hes goin to sync the carbs and do a compression test etc. he also know a fair bit about xjs so its good.

    effen ell!!! thats steep!...however, thinkin im gonna hafta do it myself. the guy i bought the bike from had a 4-1 exhaust installed and threw out the airbox and put on some k&n's w/o any mod's to the carbs....its a cold blooded succker.....hafta choke it for 5 min's unless i try to take off with it halfchoked, just to get it to warm up!!!

    hey guys after the rejett the bike runs super strong right up to 9500, pulls like crazy from 7500 to 9500, i can easily hit 180kph now prob even more with a screen. it was worth the money.

    here's a picture for a camping trip after i got it rejetted.
