    Hi, to all
I have been looking for a Seca for awhile and now am the happy owner of a locally purchased 1982 XJ650RJ. I hope to do more riding than wrenching but like to do both, so we will see how it works out.
I have learned a lot from the great postings on here and hope to be able to give something back

Hey there Plainsea, did you just buy the bike? I think spoke to the owner and his riding buddy at the swap meet in Tsawassen a few months back. I recognize the 4 in 1 exhaust . We live in N Delta, same colour Seca

Yes, I just bought it last weekend, sounds like it was "my" bike you saw.
I just met another owner in North Van where I work with a 750 same year and colour as my Seca.
    Pleased to meet you,
    Eric

I'd bet money that you have a Yoshimura pipe on the bike. Mine has the same two rivets on the top of the pipe, at the rear, where the Yoshimura emblem used to be. They do sound sweet, don't they!

I'll be in the Radville/Lake Alma area the first of Oct. I'll be driving a truck with a shotgun and two Springer Spaniels in it though. Pheasant season opens Oct 1st.
