i recently bought an 1981 yamaha seca 750.. Bit dirty but i cleaned it up the best i could and got it running. After getting it on the road and running ive ran it about 4 tanks of gas and get 30 mpg and 36 mpg highway. The guy who owned it before me put 4 into 1 pipes on the bike but never jetted the carbs. could this be my problem.. anything think will help me..

Could be, Read you plugs and let us know what color they are. With the 4 into 1 I would expect a bit lean. There are numerous posts right now on pretty much the same thing. Read and enjoy. Balancing the carbs may work wonders also.
