I just bought a set of saddlebags and they're just a little big as to where
the one side is hitting the exhaust pipe. I kind of figured that I would have to move my turn signals to the rear of my sissy bar. My question is, can anybody recommend a spacific kind of brackets to use in order to mount the bags in order to get them off of the pipe?

I can't remember where I have seen it but there is a web site that a guy has measurements to make brackets out of brake line. pretty slick actually it goes under the seat and then back around the rear to hold them straight. maybe someone on here will remember what I am talking about and get a link up.

    I found it
http://www.maxim-x.com/service.html#saddlebagretainer might not be exactly your model but can give you an idea of what to do.

Thanks a lot this is just what I was looking for. It's a lot better than paying $100 or so for brackets.
