New to the site, and new to forums

    Hello everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself my name is Brad, I am new to forums so please bare with me( I can't even fill out my location). I just bought my first bike, a 1980 650 Midnight Maxim. I've tinkered a bit with bikes before but never my own, any help is appreciated.

    Hey Brad.

    If you have a Midnight Maxim 650, it will only be a 1981 XJ650LH model. That's the only year the Midnight 650 was offered. They made 1200 of those.

    Look at my gallery to see mine.

    They had gold wheels, swing arm caps, carb caps, headlight ring, seat rail, and lettering.

    Also had black fenders, headlight housing, gauges, handlebars, lower forks, engine, swing arm, and entire exhaust.
