    if you are really low on acid , water really isnt going to make a difference, your battery would be pretty much toast if the cells are really low...

    Your voltage should be at arond 14 volts while reving the engine when checking the charging system

    start by disconnecting battery cables, then remove the starter, you can check if starter is good by testing it with a car battery and some jumper...

    pull your carbs again, run a small wire or guitar string into your pilot jet, put carbs back on bike and see if that helps starting
