    Ummmm, why? The controls on a 750 Seca are almost perfect IMO.... And it looks like the fitment is very questionable...

    rpms stay up after throttle is released

    2nd... Check to make sure your diaphrams on your carbs are not leaking and burnish the slide bores to eliminate ant sticking... good luck....
