    Great looking original bike! How many miles on it? I saw the NGK plug caps on it. Did you find correct 10Kf Ohm ones, or did you go the route of 5K caps and 5K lower resistance plugs?

      I realize this is a late reply. I used 5k caps and 5k resister plugs. Made a note on plug type in the manual, inside the side cover, and on the back side of the plug cap with a sharpie, in case someone else ever replaces the plugs after I am gone.

    Very nice,how many miles on it now ? so it sat on the showroom floor for two years before you brought it in 85 ?

      Yes, back then the market was flooded with import bikes . Paid $1900 including backrest, engine guards, windsheild and 2 helmets.
