Well so far it is easier then I thought to check and adjust the valves. I measured the gaps and came up with

    Intake .003 .004 .004 .004
    Exhaust 005 006 003 003

Now I have to order the tool to pull the shims. The bike has 22k on it ans it has been around 10-12k since last adjustment are these normal readings?

Those sound pretty good. Don't forget it is better to have them too loose than too tight, especially on the exhaust side. JCWhitney has the tool pretty cheap. I got one and it works well.
