Okay I need to know how to replace the valve seals. How are the on there and so forth. I am replacing two bent valves and want to replace the seals.
I had a hard time getting the head loose and had to hit it upward with a rubber hammer. I ended up moving the Jugs first they where moving a little with each blow from the hammer. Now I think I should remove the jugs and replace the gasket. So how would I put them back on with the piston rings? How do you compress the piston rings and get the jug to slide over them? is there a tool that can do that? I would have to do two at once! It does not compute.

    YOU NEED A SERVICE MANUAL.

Yes, you do them two at a time. There is a "special tool" for that; but it is something you can easily make yourself. Which will be clearly explained IN THE SERVICE MANUAL.

Valve stem seals are simply "snapped on" the tops of the valve guides; however when they're old, it sometimes takes a bit of tugging to pull them off.

If you have skinny but strong fingers, you can do it without a ring tool...
