posting this because this is such a frequently asked question with no actual positive answer with pics.

the answer is Yes you can ride with a 130 on the rear of a 750 seca
this weekend i mounted my new shinko 230 tour masters.

    100/90/19- Front
    130/90/18- Rear

the handling has not suffered i can drag foot peg just as easily as i always have. If anything its been improved but that could be due to the fact these tires knock the S**T out of the bt45's that were on it.

I can say I'm very happy with how much more it filled out the rear end doesn't look so much like a bicycle wheel anymore.

and as you can see there is plenty of swing arm clearance

Yes I run a 130 tire on a Maxim rim on my '83 Seca with plenty of clearance. I may go with a 140 next tire as there is plenty room. The stock tire is way too narrow for my taste anyway.

I had no problems with my last 130 other than the fact that with the bike simply on the centerstand you can't weasel the 130 past the fender. I see you have removed that difficulty ;)

WITH the fender in place and if on the side of the road it's a two man job. put on the center stand, one guy steps on the left foot of the stand and rocks the bike up on it's left side while the other guy puts the wheel on the splines. Best to have a Judo pro for a buddy. At home I just hook ratchet straps to the ceiling and lift the bike off the ground that way. Kinky like that.

Other than that yeah, by all means a 130. I found it to roll over with slightly more effort by still very comfortable. The 120 is a bit more twitchy by comparison but either way, very little change.

what kind of Shocks do you have installed there? Do you notice any difference in performance with those shocks?

some generic shock from ebay, a bit light but put enough air in them and you get a good stiff ride and i typically ride 2 up.
