I was given a 1976 DT Enduro Yamaha.
It has sat for many years.
At this point I just want to get it started.
BUT, No fire at the plug.
Any good sites for troubleshooting an old magnito ignition?
Or are any of you old pro's at this sort of thing?

man its been a while.......................its easy stuff, i just cant picture it on that bike. its been so long since i have worked on a bike that old.

the link you have is a good one, should help you find your problem.

the first thing i would look at it corrosion/poopy in the points, you did say it sat for a long time and i had that issue on an old snowmobile just about every season.
