Hi all just wondering if some one could help. I have a 1980 non yicks XJ650 motorcycle and I need some more carb to engine intake rubbers. I have checked this out it seems that there is a difference between the yicks and non yicks models. I have 2 oem parts numbers and just wondering if they are the right ones for my non yicks motorcycle. It is a bit confusing.

If these will fit which ones are for carbs 1 and 2 and which ones are for carbs 3 and 4.

Thank you from Bob This is a seca model.

Those are the correct part numbers acorrding to the part schematic. You will need 2 of each. Plus the gaskets.
The 4H7 part is for the left two cylinders (1&2).
The 5G2 part is for the right two cylinders (3&4).

The difference in the part #'s is due to the slight offset of the boots to align with the carb body.

Thank you ghost that is all I wanted to know. The part schematic that I was looking at had
the parts back to front. It was like looking at a mirror image and the part numbers from left to right was in reality right to left. I found it all very confusing. I can now order some new rubbers for cylinders 1 and 2. Rubber manifold No. 4H7-13586-02-00

    09.29.13

All ok now parts ordered and on there way.
