1981 seca no break pressure

Just got my first bike too try too get into riding from a faimly friend , I have some but not much knowledge on working on bikes, it has been sitting for about 10 years was put away after a front break job, when the breaks locked up and they couldn’t figure it out, now their is no pressure at the handle or in the lines, tried using a vacuum pump at the bleeder valves but couldn’t get any fluid out, all lines looked in good shape and no visible leaks, have tryd my best too troubleshoot but wanted advice on where y’all would start and things you would look at any advice and input is greatly appreciated!!
