    Hi Beekman,

    I've been watching that one as well. I have a 52 acre farm with a drive shed, a barn, a large shed and a double car garage...lots of room. I'm thinking the same, 200 or 250 bucks. It's been on for a while and I just checked it tonight, still there. I may have to call tomorrow...two hour drive for me to Toronto though.
