1982 XJ750 Maxim part bike

    I have a 1982 Maxim part bike I have removed what I need, and will part out the rest cheap. The engine started with starting fluid (have video), then ran on its own, just would not idle. Typical of dirty carbs. The only parts that are missing are the tank, side covers, and mirrors. All the rest is there. You can have the whole thing for $150, I am in Northern Illinois. e-mail me at malagna@mchsi.com with what you need. Pickup prefered on heavy stuff that is a pain to ship.

    My 1983 XJ750 is now on the road, time to clear the rest out of the garage.

    Help me prove to my wife :twisted: that buying the parts bike was not a mistake...bought it while she was out.

    I'd be interested in the complete wiring harness if nothing is cut. Also the carbs, and the carb-manifold boots.

    Just realized ur the same guy I bought the tank from, cant wait until that gets here. it's all i need to get my bike mobile.

    I'm tempted to get a uhaul or uhaul trailer and come grab it all for 150..
