My question is, can the TCI be responsible for firing a hole one day and then not, but switching the non-fire condition to a different hole?

I'M GOING CRAZY. this time i didn't touch the carbs At All and now 3 hole is firing but 1 isn't (it's always a different hole that doesn't fire but I"m usually pulling the carbs between those findings), carbs fully rebuilt and valve adjustment, new ignition, TCI is all that's left, i guess except for a bent valve....

ok so even though i put new wires and coils, for some reason the crimped ends that go into the coils - the strands sticking out the end of wire that get folded back onto the wire broke off holes 1 & 2. now that they're repaired the bike idles mint, STILL DON'T REV.
