41y versus 32r

    Could somebody explain the differents between these two types?
    I've never heard of the 32R type. It should be an early model of the 41y?

    Yamaha's id numbers have almost no internal consistency.

    32R is the model code for the 1983 CV80 Riva/ Beluga scooter. It does not show up as a frame number in my reference PDF.
