750 Max Front Brakes Overhaul w/ Stainless Lines. Road Test

    Custom-fit Stainless-wrapped Brake Lines from "XJ4Ever" (chacal)

    Complete overhaul. Calipers and Mounts cleaned, New O-rings on Travelers, Synthetic Waterproof Greased, Calipers cleaned, Black Paint stripped, Left Bare Aluminum, Mounts Painted Italian Red, Master Bore Honed, New Guts Kit, ALL New Banjo Bolts and Crush Washers, Rotors De-glazed with 320 Sand Paper using Pneumatic Dual~Action Sander, Ferodo Pads, Custom Stainless-wrapped Brake Lines from XJ4Ever.

    The difference is like Night and Day. You put a little pressure on the Brake Lever and you feel the resistance.
    You can Brake with 2-Fingers.
    When you NEED to grab control of your speed; you actually do.

    I had to turn the Brake Lever Adjustment Screw --> OUT ... to give me back "Knuckles-over" the Lever to have a more comfortable grip because the Lever DOES NOT NEED to be pulled as far before Hydraulic Pressure is developed and resistance reaches the Brake Lever.

    The Brake Lines come with all the separate lines marked where they go.
    They NEED to go ON the same way as the OLD Lines are placed on the bike.

    Amazing.
    Like having Power Brakes.

    Want to come refurb mine? I got the lines, mc rebuilt kit and I forget if I bought any caliper parts other than new bleeders...

    Yea, verily. Thou speaketh true.

    I don't think I went to quite the lengths that you did, but I did redo the calipers/pads, rebuild kit on the master cylinder (complete with sight glass) and the stainless lines. I'm planning on doing the same with the 700X.
