My current exhaust system (82 XJ750 Maxim)is in poor shape...I found a complete exhaust in good shape off of an 81 650 Seca....Will this fit, and will performance suffer or increase....???

Do you need the entire exhaust starting at the engine or just he tip?

No, the Maxim 750 4x2 uses different mounts (which is why you can not get a MAC 4x2 for the XJ750 Maxim). There is a complete 750 exhaust on ebay currently.
