750 to 650?

    I have an '82 Seca 750, with the usual 2nd gear issues. I may have found a 650 parts bike not too far from here. I figure that, with downsizing by 100 cc's, it should have no problems with bolting up. I figure the main thing I have to keep in mind is whether this 650 is shaft drive or not.

    My main question is what is the difference in power between the 750 and 650? Is there any real difference?
