For Sale '81 XJ550 (4v8) parts

    After a couple of years I realize my dream of completely rebuilding my '81 XJ500 (4v8) isn't going to happen. I don't have the skills or drive to acquire them. However, I would hate to see the parts go to waste after the trouble I went through to get them.

    I have the following:
    • A professionally rebuilt engine (can provide the invoice as proof) with the original carbs
    • The airbox for this make and model (PO had replaced this with pods)
    • A replacement stock frame and the original hacked-up one (I had the bike registered in Belgium with the VIN on the original frame, so this would greatly help in getting it on the road again in the Belgium/EU)
    • A gas tank that has been stripped and primed on the outside and de-rusted and sealed on the inside
    • A Motogadget m.unit, cabling, switches, etc. (original wiring was hacked up by PO so I thought to upgrade to this)
    • Original wheels and shocks
    I can provide more information and pics if someone is interested.

    I live in Belgium. Best case scenario would be in person pick-up but I'm open to shipping (no expercience with that, let's discuss; shipping costs to be paid by the buyer).
