Getting my bike back on the road. I have rebuilt the clutch, cleaned the carbs (only thing I did not touch was the mixture screws), re shimmed valves (had to do three of them) and scyn'd the carbs. I think have a small vacuum leak as the rpms move up and down at idle by about 100 rpm. Here is the strange part, when at idle if I pull off the #4 spark plug boot the engine dies in less than a second. All other plugs the engine stays running but rough and at much lower rpm. Also noted that the rpm drop when #3 boot plug pulled is less than #1 or #2 which are the same. Any ideas as to why? Thanks for any help.

You did not touch the mixture screws = You did not fully clean the carbs.
