82 xj 750 seca tachometer wires

    The wiring diagram shows black, brown, grey (I think) for the wiring to the tachometer. My guage cluster had no such wires, so I tore things down to the tach itself. There are two wires coming out of the tach; red and black. I believe I have found the source harness connection in the headlight, but am not sure what should connect to where. Anyone know what the correct connections are?
