82 Xj750 maxim fuel sending unit block-off plate

    I recently bought an 82 tank to go on my 83, unaware of the hole designed for the fuel sending unit. In all my research I have been unable to find a block-off plate to seal it with. I have found what I believe is a part number, but nowhere to purchase one. I thought about sticking an old sending unit in it to get by, but would prefer a block-off plate instead. Any idea where to find one?
    I should mention the number I have found was from xj4ever. Is that an active vendor? I have yet to figure out how to order from them.

    ^^+1 on chacal sells the block of plates.
    unless you have the sending unit they are a little hard to find.
    there is an led set up you can make to set a fuel gauge in the maxim if you wanted to add it

    HCP2738SET Aftermarket fuel sending unit BLOCK-OFF PLATE AND GASKET. Fits all XJ550 Seca, XJ650 Turbo, XJ750 Seca, 1982 XJ750 Maxim, XJ1100, and all XS1100 model tanks.
