    are the rear shocks rebuildable (if so is there a link?), any common failures? or engine mods that are important? Couldnt find any, this bike seems bullet proof. The bike already has 40k on it, how long are these engines typically good for assuming ^^^ I do the above work when it needs to be done?

    I was wondering the exact same thing... looks like they should be adjustable... just dont know how.

    yea if possibile I can rebuild my 82' shocks instead of paying $600 for new ones.

    I have read on this forum where some people replace them with used Harley Shocks pretty cheaply... just have to change the bushings or something.
