Anyone know where to find a airbox for a maxim x
I have the cone air filters but just cannot dial in my carbs to be consistant.
The bike came without the airbox

I have seen several come across ebay. Haven't looked lately. You might check with Chacal. Sometimes he has used parts around.

velero if you mean you need to know where to plug them back in you have to remove the seat, and the passenger seat to feed the wires up threw the fender. The plugs are all under the seat near the back of the compartment near the front of the rear fender.

check with 50 Hiway Cycle in Pittsville Missouri. I just bought some parts off them for my 85 Maxim.

they will have it, I am sure. probably cost a few bucks to ship it.
