That looks similar to what hooks up to the horn on my XJ650 Maxim.

    Does your horn work?

I figured it out it's the THERMO SWITCH RADIATOR wiring. Trying to figure out where brown and blue wire go still

It's really important that you are fully accurate about which XJ you tell us that you have. There are two xj700 models. One air cooled (XJ700N), and one water cooled (XJ700X). Basically, pick an XJ engine displacement and there are at least to sub-models. Each sub-model has enough differences that information about one will not necessaraly be true for the other.

Would you mind going to you profile and editing your signature to read '85 Maxim-X?

Looks like you need to connect those to the thermoswitch which is located on the right side of the thermostat housing. You'll see it just behind the top of the cylinder head cam cover in the center.

The single green/brown stripe wire gets connected to the temp sender on the left side of the thermostat housing. The red connector will have the mate on the main wiring harness. That completes the circuit for the fan motor.

And you should have horn wiring that comes out of the harness near that spot as well. They (4 separate wires) will be black with 90 degree covered connectors if nobody has butchered them. The horns mount on either side of the coil mounting bracket. If you don't have them, but the wiring is there, you can improvise with some aftermarket ones.

Thank you tony. Their were no horns when I bought the bike the guy before me butched up the wiring harness so I got a new used one that hasn't been messed with.
