I was riding yesterday came to a stop and if you are sitting on the bike the far left carb just flooded Gas all over. So I thought that the fuel bowl gasket blew I removed the carb today and the gasket looks fine. I don't know what to do

that would likely be a stuck float needle valve assembly.
another possibility would be a leaky vacuum hose but only if it is hooked to the same carb. left side when sitting on bike is #1

I just threw the carb on and the carb is leaking from a black nipple between carb 1 and carb 2

Yes that's a T fitting that the overflow hose is supposed to be connected to.

You have a float that is stuck open. Tap on the float bowl of both the #1 and #2 carbs with the handle of a large screwdriver to see if you can get it to free up. Hopefully that will keep it from flooding gas all over. However, I would plan on immediately replacing all 4 float valves and be sure to do an oil and filter change for good measure.

If gas is flowing with the bike off, you should also rebuild the petcock valve.
