A different petcock problem

    The vent hole for my petcock diaphragm is "spritzing" fuel when the engine is running. I took it apart, rotated the diaphragm a partial turn, and put it back together. Still spritzed.

    I assume that means the outboard layer of the diaphragm is leaking gas and thus, replacement is in order.

    I replaced the rubber disc last year, and I'm familiar with the vacuum flow issues, but this was a new one. Just wanted to check before I ordered the kit!
