I bought an aftermarket round headlight n turnsignals. N yes I got a new flasher as well.. I'm going 2 be adding some LEDs on each side of my bike. Now I'm thinking I'll hardwire the power wire 2 the + battery terminal with an inline fuse n toggle switch..

    Now my questions r:
Should I wire it that way?
Should I wire it 2 the fuse panel? If so 2 which fuse?
Should I "splice" it into my headlight power wire?
    OR Any other ideas?

    Thanx

Your best bet would be to replace your fusebox with a modern blade-style box that has extra circuits. Then you can run power through a dedicated circuit & fuse, plus you get more reliable main fuses too.

I wouldn't go any higher then 10A if it's just the led's, you could get away with 7.5A. Don't know how many in total,(Leds), you have planned.

Oh yeah - for that a 5 amp fuse would be fine
