I have removed the orig. air box and relocated the breather tube to run up along the frame up under the seat (the tube orig. went to bottom of air box from or near the gear box location). Any ways now there is no confusion on what I talking about. Here is my question I used a clear hose and have been noticing moister in the hose is that normal or should I be concerned. Also did I run it in correct location.

    That's the crankcase vent tube.
You will have moisture coming out of this tube.
Most people tend to attach a small filter right at the crankcase when they go to pod filters.
