My Seca 750 came from a barn, where it had sat for many years. It was missing a few parts, including the airbox and carb boots. I bought pods for it, not thinking about the tuning problems I might encounter later. I would like to return to the original airbox setup. There is an airbox and carb boots from a maxim 750 on ebay. Will this fit my Seca 750?

I wonder how easy it is to remove an airbox from a 750 seca.
If it is simple and you dont win I MIGHT be able to find one for ya.

Not that simple. The engine has to come out.

Thank you for your input. A fellow XJBikes member is selling me one at a good price.

I got my air box out with the engine still in, although it came out with a nice piece missing.

I suppose I should have said, The engine has to come out if you want to put the airbox back in in "one" piece!
