Frame swap from 750 maxim to 650 maxim frame using all 750 parts. Is this doable? Please advise. Thanks

No....side panels, seats, rails, rear fender/tail lights, harnesses, are different and have different mounting points and dimensions. Instrument clusters are different depending on the years. So no, for a simple swap.

Yes, if you want to spend copious amounts of time and frustration cutting, welding, customizing parts to make the fit.

The 750 maxim tank onto the 650 maxim frame is the single easiest upgrade possible .... It is a direct bolt-on with no mods needed. Next easiest would be to swap front ends---it gives you dual disc brakes.
